We also automatically collect limited technical information (browser type, IP address, pages visited) through standard web analytics.

We use your information to provide the services you request, communicate with you about your project, process payment, send confirmations and reference numbers, and — where you've agreed — send occasional updates about our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. File and project confidentiality
Manuscripts, datasets, and project files you submit are treated as confidential under our NDA & Confidentiality Agreement, accessible only to the editor or consultant assigned to your project and relevant internal staff.
4. Data retention
We retain quote requests and project files for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion — see Section 7.
